A good pair of boots that combine both style and comfort are an essential item for any autumn wardrobe, and a new design from Marks and Spencer promises the best of both worlds.
The Chelsea ankle boots, available on the website for £46, come in two colours – burgundy and black – with sizes ranging from three to eight, reports Chronicle Live.
The boots have a unique design that merges two classic shoe shapes to create a brogue-style Chelsea boot. They feature intricate stitch detailing around the front and back, along with a low block heel and a round-toe.
They’re also easy to slip on and off as they have elasticated side panels and a pull tab.
To add an extra touch, they also incorporate anti-bacterial Freshfeet technology, a feature used by M&S to help eliminate odour-causing bacteria in footwear and textiles, keeping them fresh.
The Chelsea boots have received positive feedback from shoppers on the M&S website, with one saying they are « comfortable and stylish ».
« I’m looking forward to wearing these in the winter, » they added.
Another happy customer said the boots were « fabulous » and went « perfect with skirts, dresses and jeans ».
A third added: « Love the style and shape, good price and very comfortable ».
However, one buyer was « very disappointed » with the quality of the boots, saying that « after wearing them for one day, they look about a month old ».
