LookFantastic has slashed 30% off a designer fragrance that shoppers say always gets them compliments when they wear it. The fragrance has also been described as perfect for the « chilly season. » Jimmy Choo Fever has fruity notes, including plum, lychee, and grapefruit, that transition into floral elements, including vanilla and jasmine.
But, there are also warm and sweet elements, including tonka bean and even a hint of coffee.
Right now, Jimmy Choo Fever is reduced from £70 for a 60ml bottle to just £49.
It’s drawn comparisons to ViktorandRolf’s Bonbon Couture (£59.50 for 30ml) and YSL’s Black Opium (reduced to £52.50 on LookFantastic), reports Yorkshire Live.
Kayali’s Fleur Majesty Rose Royale similarly combines florals with fruity gourmand elements in its recent launch.
Based on customer reviews, shoppers have given the Jimmy Choo fragrance a high score of 4.7 out of five. One customer said, « I love this product. It’s my wedding perfume, so it brings back so many special memories. It’s such great quality and lasts all day! A little bit goes a long way. »
Another said: « I love the warm fruity scent! It smells delicious and is not too sweet. I always get compliments when I wear it out. »
However, shoppers have said the scent is a bit too strong for daytime wear. A review reads: « It’s a bit much for me personally to wear to work (medical assistant), but I love it for weekends or an evening out. It lasts for hours, and I’ve even had a few people ask what I was wearing! »
One customer was regrettably left disappointed with how long it lasted, as they wrote: « I have owned a few Jimmy Choo perfumes, so I thought I would try this one out, and this has to be my least favourite out of them all. Yes, it smells lovely, but the fragrance doesn’t last for long, so overall I’m very disappointed. »
