Princess Kate is a fashion icon who is recognised around the globe. Whether you are a royalist or a person who has a keen eye for fashion, you cannot deny her timeless taste and elegant ensembles.

This year, for obvious reasons, we may not have seen the 42-year-old take to the world’s stage as much as she would have in the past. At the start of the year, the Princess announced that she had been diagnosed with an unspecified cancer and received preventative chemotherapy – this will also mean that she will make a slow start into 2025 with her royal duties.

However, while she required time out of the spotlight and away from engagements, it was reported that behind the scenes the princess carried on with work – which saw her end the year with her Together at Christmas Carol Service, held at Westminster Abbey.

And this is where she still left onlookers wowed when she made public appearances.

The Princess of Wales has taken a leading role within the Royal Family and is a perfect Queen in waiting. Not only does she rarely put a foot wrong, but she has even made conscious efforts to sustainable fashion over the years.

After reviewing every outfit she has stepped out in in 2024, I firmly believe Kate is best dressed royal woman due to her style and grace. From her casual cut figure during Mother’s Day celebrations to the Qatar State Visit, the Princess always dons regal and sophisticated looks.

Princess Kate on mothers day

The Princess of Wales is a fashion icon in her own right among many other titles, but behind closed doors she carries the honourable title of a mother.

At the centre of her world are her three children that she shares with Prince William – Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte 9 and Prince Louis 6.

In March, she released a photograph of her and her children where she donned a sleek ensemble.

Trooping the Colour

Princess Kate wore a white Jenny Packham dress which featured black detailing with a matching belt, and a bow.

Bows have been a huge hit this season, so it is no surprise that one of the leading ladies in the royal household jumped onto this trend earlier.

Meanwhile, her dress was upcycled after the princess worse it during a Coronation lunch just months earlier. The mother-of-three also decided to accessorise with a black bag, white shoes, and a matching black and white hat.
