Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi made a surprise return at Glastonbury earlier this year, marking his first public appearance since taking a break from the limelight. Since then, the star has announced the release of a new single and album, along with a series of tour dates – all of which have now kicked off.
Lewis Capaldi embarked on his epic UK tour from this weekend, beginning off in Sheffield’s Utilita Arena. After that, he’ll traverse the rest of the country, visiting London, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham and many more cities along the way. However, tickets for the arena tour were snapped up in record time, with fans securing all available seats across ten dates, despite there being over 200,000 tickets on offer.
