Film enthusiast Eccy Reviews, who utilises his TikTok platform to recommend must-watch movies and shows, has urged people to watch The Leftovers.
The series, crafted by Damon Lindelof and Tom Perrotta, unfolds three years following the mysterious vanishing of 2% of the world’s population.
It follows « a group of people in a small New York community try to continue their lives while coping with the tragedy of the unexplained nature of the event ».
Featuring Justin Theroux, Amy Brenneman, and Christopher Eccleston, the programme has secured 23 awardsfrom 84 nominations.
