Amazon shoppers who snapped up an anti-ageing face cream have been left impressed with their results after trying the moisturiser for a week.
The Prai Platinum Firm & Lift Crème is a luxurious day cream designed specifically to help fight the effects of gravity and help skin « snap back ». Containing hyaluronic acid and precious platinum, it replenishes moisture levels and leaves skin feeling plump, firmer-looking and youthful.
The face cream is now on offer with 21% off, so Amazon shoppers can buy it for £29.99, instead of £37.99. Some customers who have tried the product claimed to see results in as little as seven days.
Scoring a high 4.7 out of five stars on Prai Beauty website, one 55-year-old said: « I have saggy skin around my neck, the improvement that I have seen within just a week is amazing. »
A second wrote: « Really pleased with this product. Your face really does feel much firmer and you do not have to use too much cream for the effect. »
And a third was pleased that the cream « doesn’t irritate » her sensitive skin, adding: « Thick texture but easily absorbed and a good base for makeup. I have sensitive skin but this cream did not irritate or lead to blocked pores. Skin feels firmed and more hydrated after a couple of weeks of use. Will repurchase. »
Other than platinum, the Prai Firm & Lift Crème is turbo-charged with hyaluronic acid to plump and fill-in wrinkles, pearl powder and Prai oil for suppleness and glow. To get the maximum benefits of the cream, it’s advised to apply to a clean face in the morning and, or in the evening. It can be used alone or over a Prai serum, but remember to avoid contact with the eyes.
While other major retailers like Boots and Prai website are selling the cream at full price for £39.99, it’s much cheaper to buy it from Amazon and save £8 for the 50ml jar.
Some customers said despite the budget price tag, they failed to see any difference after using it for weeks and they preferred to pay more for other esteemed brands.
Clinique’s Smart Clinical Repair Lifting Face and Neck Cream, £76, is a peptide-packed cream to reduce the look of lines and wrinkles while hydrating the skin. Boots customers who buy this can receive a six-piece Clinique gift that includes a lipstick and a mascara for free.
Elizabeth Arden’s Advanced Ceramide Lift and Firm Day Cream comes with SPF15. The £71 cream features 3D FIT Technology with Ceramides, Tetrapeptides and Edelweiss Extract to firm, tighten and intensely hydrate to deliver a more defined facial contours in one week.
