The long awaited third film in the epic British zombie franchise hits cinemas tomorrow.

28 Years Later stars James Bond favourite Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jodie Comer and Ralph Fiennes, helmed once again by the original’s director Danny Boyle and screenwriter Alex Garland.

After being unavailable for a period outside of DVD, 2002’s 28 Days Later is finally back on digital.

The Cillian Murphy original is streaming now on BBC iPlayer and NOW in HD.

Meanwhile, 2007’s 28 Weeks Later starring Robert Carlyle and Jeremy Renner is available to watch on Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video.

The latest movie takes place in 2030, 28 years after the British zombie apocalypse of 2002. The new film follows a Geordie family living on an island off the coast of the north of England as Great Britain remains permanently in quarantine, with neighbouring European nations patrolling the shores.

28 Years Later hits cinemas on Thursday.
