As we bid farewell to Black Friday for another year, Charlotte Tilbury is still riding the wave with its Cyber Monday deals – although this is set to end tonight, December 2. Offering deals up until 7pm, the luxury makeup brand is providing a 25% discount across its entire website.
One of the products currently on sale is the Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint Hydrating Foundation Stick, which has received glowing praise from shoppers. Usually priced at £35, beauty fans can now bag it for £26.25, a rare bargain for Charlotte Tilbury.
This popular foundation is a creamy, balm-like stick that offers a sheer, buildable and dewy finish with a ‘soft-focus’ glow. Available in 20 shades, it’s packed with skin-hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid and vitamin E to moisturise the skin, while its inclusion of collageneer and light mapping mesh tech is designed to improve the appearance of skin over time.
The formula glides on beautifully, and blends seamlessly with fingers, a brush, or sponge. It is the ideal product for creating a natural no-makeup-makeup look or for touch-ups on the go thanks to its handy applicator.
The Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint Hydrating Foundation Stick, which comes in 20 shades, has an overall star-rating of 4.3 out of five, and one shopper has even shared how it’s made them look ’10 years younger’.

They wrote: « I have to say, I was dubious about this foundation after some negative reviews online, but, I was proven wrong. This is honestly the makeup buy of the summer for me. This foundation glided onto my skin making my skin look so youthful and radiant. My husband commented, ‘You look radiant. Really natural looking’. I was thrilled. Highly recommend this product for a ten years younger looking face. »
Another customer expressed: « I am very suspicious of foundations that promise a ‘dewy’ finish. I have tried several and found that dewy ends up looking shiny and greasy. But I tried this because I’ve been looking for a foundation that gives a light glow of colour without settling into facial lines (I am nearly 70, so I have a few.) This foundation is perfect. I bought shade 1 5 because I’m very pale.
« It goes on smoothly, blends easily with fingertips or a sponge and you only need a few strokes. It’s so light you can’t feel that it’s there but it does give a hint of colour to even out skin tone and it has a lovely finish which does look glowy, not greasy. I’m sure it would look great on younger skin but as far as I’m concerned it’s perfect for older ladies. »
« I absolutely love this product, » another shopper wrote. « I constantly get comments about how glowy my skin looks. It’s light reflection is perfect on more mature skin. Super easy to apply with a brush, always even and blends into the skin rather than sitting on top. It feels decadent and soothing and radiates a healthy skin looks. I’m 48 and won’t be using another brand on my skin anymore as I’ve found my dream product. »
One customer, however, felt disappointed with the Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint Hydrating Foundation Stick, awarding it a three-star review.
They said: « Nice packaging but I did rip the box getting the stick out. The coverage is ok but just didn’t suit my skin. They do have a range of shades and this one was a little bit dark for me. Maybe a shade lighter would be better. »
But another adored their recent Charlotte Tilbury buy, saying: « Best foundation ever. So easy to apply. Good quality applicator which also looks lovely on my dresser. Beautiful sheen and feels just a good as a moisturiser. Lasts all day ».
Our very own Eve Rowlands has the foundation and declares it as one of her holy grail products. She said: « When it comes to foundation, I’m someone who needs a formula that feels like a second skin, doesn’t look too claggy and cake-like and is a bit of an all in one. The Charlotte Tilbury Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint Hydrating Foundation Stick is one product I’ve bought time and time again for its flawless finish that delivers not only buildable coverage for those blemish days, but also has a lovely glow that honestly has me admiring my own complexion.

« This is because it’s a skincare-makeup hybrid, containing ingredients like hyaluronic acid, daikon radish seed oil, vitamin C and E. But that’s not all as it comes with ‘collageneer and light mapping mesh tech’ which work to blur and smooth skin whilst improving the firmness of fine lines and elasticity.
« It’s honestly been such a game changer in my makeup routine. My skin not only looks younger and smoothed out, but it has a no-makeup look that I love. I’ve raved about it so much that some of my friends are converts having borrowed my stick on holiday. What’s more, it’s perfect for warmer temperatures as it’s really lightweight and is easy to carry around in a handbag on a trip for touchups.
« I will say that on those days when spots are a bit harder to cover up, something more heavyweight is required – such as this Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation, Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation (now £25.67) or the KIKO Milano Full Coverage 2-in-1 Foundation and Concealer, £20.99, which is a dream to apply. »
